This is the reason why your bid was refused by eBay:
"You are registered in a country to which the seller doesn't ship".

That means that the seller has a restrictions on bidders to be registered in the countries where he/she ships.

In order to avoid it in the future, you could either ask the seller about such restrictions or make a small bid to see if it will go through.
If it will not go through, you can ask the seller to add you to the exceptions list of allowed bidders.

Amazing! In all of the hundreds and hundreds of bids I have placed on eBay, this has never happened before. I am registered in the United States. I am glad to find that this was not a problem with myibay. Thank you very much for your help.
