hi sashka,i have a strong password but the snipe works about 50% of the time.when it doesnt work my bid always higher than the winning bid doesnt register,resulting in the other guys lower bid winning.any ideas whats going wrong.

Just having a good password is not enough to win.
You have to meet seller's and eBay's requirements as well. You can check "My Status" for exact reason why your bid was rejected. If you want me to check it, please let me know your eBay user id and item number.

hi tweaked a few things ,seems to be ok now,i had noticed the item i am sniping doesnt always change colour when im ready to snipe-could be the problem.

Color does not affect sniping process.
That color can be changed when item's information refreshes only or when auction finished.

it would be great if you could let me know why the snipe only works sometimes,i tried to win item 110358975993 ,bid about £3.oo above winning bid,my snipe didnt register again.i am not sure what i am doing wrong,strong password,good standing with ebay-any ideas

You schedule your snipe too late. It was just a few seconds before auction ended, that's a way too late as your snipe must be ready more time in advance so it will have time to snipe.
