I am absolutely certain I paid for this service early last year. I have not been asked to renew. Has this service again charged the same bank acct? If so, I need to redirect to another acct. Be warned: if I am lied to I will hold this service legally responsible.

We do not have the ability to charge your account. The only time we receive money form you is when you send us the payment.

If you believe you paid twice, please let us know both Paypal transaction Ids and we'll gladly make a refund of the duplicate payment.
