What exactly is error code 37 ? (could not win 37) I see it a lot and I am able to manually bid on these items, but the program cannot.

I think it means that your snipe was too low. If you check the full message, it will tell what does it mean exactly.

You can also tell me item number so I can check. When I checked your Profile, I see that you deleted all ended items.

No, that's not it. It ended significantly lower than my bid. It has happened in the past, as well. USA to USA. International, but they sell to USA. I am able to manually bid, but the software gives this error. It's got me stumped. I don't have the item number available now, I'm afraid. As you said, I deleted it. I delete all my ended items.

I wish there were a listing of all the error codes.

You deleted all ended auctions and going through all of them will take a lot of time and I'm still not sure if you get an answer regarding item you actually needed.

P.S.: I see that many of your snipes are set at 0.00. That's very low to win and will get you "Error 38: your bid is too low".
You won one item (ending with 2673) so there are no issues with the sniper or your account and you are fine here.
You lost another two (ending with 9099 and 3792) because your bid was too low.
