Am sniping three auctions
120443702270
120443673921
120443693862

All of them want me to use BIN since my snipe is higher . . . there is no BIN on any of these auctions, nor was there when the items were listed (this seller very rarely/never uses BIN). What's up?

Thanks,
L

Although, this does not affect sniping, but this happened due to some change in the eBay's listings.
It's updated and works fine now.

Please let me know if any more issues like this.
Thank you for reporting.

Yep that is what is happening.
If you use the desktop software you can NOT bid!!! It keeps telling you to use the bin button!!!

Actually I did get around it and sniped 3 of the 3 items I was watching. Think I just clicked the x to close the bidding window, then put in my max directly in the 'my bid' column (double click).

That's not really true.
The software is not restricting you from bidding, but giving you a warning only (you can click OK and continue doing what you need to do).

Anyway, that's been updated a couple days ago and the false warning was removed.

This is not affecting your bid. Your bid probably did not meet some eBay's or seller's requirements.

You can either check "My Status" field of your snipe (locate on the Snipe page) or let me know the item number if you want me to check.
