Yesterday i lost this auction. it just had 1 bid at the starting price (!!!) and the service didn't work so i lost it. such a simple auction..= such a shame!!
did I something wrong?

The service worked fine for your snipe, but your bid was refused by eBay.

In order to win you have to meet eBay's and seller's requirements.

If you check "My Status" field of this item (it is located on the Snipe page when you click "Snipe" button), you will see the following reason:
"You are registered in a country to which the seller doesn't ship"

That means that the seller put a requirement for bidders to bid on his/her auctions. You are registered in the country to where seller does not ship.
Seller ships to Germany only, but you are registered in Italy.

If you see such an item, you have to contact the seller first and ask if it's okay to bid. When accepted, you could always place a manual bid to make sure it goes through. If not, you have to ask the seller to remove such restriction or put you to the exception list of allowed bidders.

Please take a look at the listing. As you can see in "Shipping and Payments" tab, the "Russian Federation" is listed in "Excludes" field, that means the seller does not ship there.
