Just switched from verizon to comcast (workplace mandate) and now can't use myibay. Firefox plugin displays icon but does not work. Direct access to website results in "connection reset" and "host not found" errors. Can anyone offer any insights before I give up an hour to comcast tech support?

I would also like to know why it's not accessible through Camcast in your location. I see other Comcast users who use this service with no problems.

Hope it's some temporary network issue on their side or something.

Anyway, can you please try to do the following command:
ping www.myibay.com

If you see "timeout", that means that this is a network issue so you can tell Comcast techs that you can't even ping that server so they have a better idea what to do and how to resolve.
