First of all I want to thank you for nice software. It make life easier.
My problem is following:
I wanted to buy item seller doesn’t ship to my country. After exchanging emails seller agreed to ship item to my country.
Unfortunately snipe was unsuccessful with announcement :

Could not win (43): The seller doesn't ship to the country where your primary shipping address is located.

Any advice?

Just exchanging e-mail with your seller is not enough. The seller must either remove this restrictions from their listings or add you to the exception list of allowed bidders.
There is no way around it if seller keep the block.
