It was detected that you were using illegal registration key so your snipes were disabled.

This morning I had a snipe set on item #400138110236 and it did not snipe the item, and the item remained unsold at the opening bid (it opened at 9.99 and i set the snipe for 11.99 maximum). This happened yesterday with the same problem of my snipe set higher than the bid and nothing happened. Is this a new problem with myibay sniping, makes me nervous to now rely on sniping for an item I want on ebay.

The same reason as above (your account was flagged due to the key). I reset it.

I see one item in your list. If you want to ask about another item, please provide the item id.

It did snipe, but the following reason was provided in "My Status" field:
"Bidding has ended for this item".

I checked the logs to see why it happened and I see that it took about 9 seconds for eBay to respond.
I see eBay was responding quickly during this time so it seems like it was some kind of peak load at that moment.
It happens occasionally, but really rare (about 0.1% or less).
You can increase your snipe time from 6 seconds to 10 seconds so it will have more time in this case, but I think you should be fine with 6 seconds because this is rare.
Sorry for the missed snipe, I wish it was under my control.

My former partner used to complain about the product not working. I thought she was just a whinger, but having just set my current partner up to use the program, she might have had a point.

I set a snipe on item # 180539488150. Do you know what went wrong? The bid never registered and the item was sold well under what what it was sniped for.

I like your product and I want to donate but it's not very useful when it doesn't do its job.

It's not clear to me what's the issue. You won this item by sniping.
Obviously, the snipe was registered. You are the only bidder on this auction.

You should've got e-mail from eBay saying that you won the item. I bet seller contacted you too about how to pay for it.
If you put your e-mail into Profile in your Myibay account, you will be getting e-mail notifications from Myibay as well.

You won the item, I don't see any problems with the snipe. It does the job as you expected.
