Hello i use your program for first time ...i lost the Item number: 130417139459 that i had programed and i dont understand the reason...the program didnt response can you help me???

I see the following reason:
"You are currently winning or have bought the maximum-allowed number of this seller's items in the last 10 days"

That means that the seller put a restrictions on a number of items you could win.
