I had sniping set up days ahead of time for this item (230588187777). I was logged in and the item was won with a bid much lower than my snipping bid, and my snipe never entered a bid. What happened? This was very frustrating--it was a rare item at a GREAT price, and I lost it.

If you see the "My Status" field you will see the following:
"Refused login (password problem?)"

It appears that you changed your password on eBay, but never updated it on Myibay sniper.
You should always login with your current password into Myibay in order to keep it in sync. There is no way for the sniper to place a bid on your behalf without your current password.
