I can not find how to create a group after an item already has a snipe started and you find another item. Now you need to create a group for these two items.

It does not matter if you have items or not, you can create a new Group by clicking "Groups" (for Web-based interface), or "My Groups" (for Windows interface).
Make sure you specify the maximum amount of items to win in "to win" field.
Once Group is created, you can move your items to the new Group (click "Snipe" in the Web-interface, change the Group and click "Move to Group" button).

Hi - I have clicked on 'Group'; and it asks me to choose a group. However, the list is empty; and I cannot see how to create a NEW group.
How do I create a new group?

You just need to enter the new name for your Group, and then click "Add Group" button next to it.
