I lost my key/password a long time ago. To make matters worst, recently my computer crashed and I ended up having to reformat it. Is there any way possible to recuperate my key/password based on my User Id?

Your password for the sniper is the same as your eBay password.
If you forgot your eBay password, you can go to eBay website and reset it there.
Once reset, please login to your sniper's account using your updated password so it will sync it automatically.
