I'm new so I want to know if this happens more often. I fear the server might not be reliable.

This is the response which was received from eBay server. It has nothing to do with the sniper server.
The sniper tried to submit your snipe a few times before giving up, but eBay returned "Page Not Responding" error.

Fortunately, this does not happen often and I see that eBay is greatly improved those situations when their servers don't respond.

Thanks for your answer. This was, what I did hope for.
I was not able to connect to myibidder for some hours yesterday morning (error 504 - server unavailable) and again for about half an hour when the auction was ending.
I know - such situations appear. I did fear that there are some who attack myibidder from time to time with DOS attacks.

Not being able to connect to Myibidder is another issue and not related to "Page Not Responding" response from eBay.

The Myibidder Web interface was blocked for several minutes (not hours) due to some network issues. It's been resolved quickly and we always do our best to make it as quick as possible.
This does not happen often.

Can you please tell what exactly happened a lot?
eBay server being not responsive? If so, please contact eBay so they can get some attention to it.
I personally did not see that happening recently (I use eBay daily).
