I inadvertently clicked on the "remember my password" option when logging on to myibay the other day. How do change it back?

It depends on your browser.

For Firefox you can go to Options - Security - Saved Passwords. You will see a list of websites where you saved your password, so you can delete the ones you don't need.

For MS IE 7 you can delete all passwords at once only: click Internet Options - General - Browsing History - Delete - Delete Passwords.
