I was wondering if there is anyway to upload a list of auctions (within groups), for sniping.

it will make the management of auction sniping much easier for buyers (small-medium size).

Currently, no. However, the feature is being working on.
Due to very low users feedback, the feature is pushed as a low priority. Still, it's been scheduled to a release some day.

P.S.: you can quick-edit snipe amount when highlighting the "My Snipe" cell and pressing F2.
