I'm sure this is probably a stupid question, but I hope you can answer me anyway.

If, for example, I place a high bid on Ebay in the amount of $20.00 on an item, but place a high bid in Myibidder on that same item in the amount of $25.00, what will happen if, for instance, someone outbids my Ebay $20.00 high bid? Will the item still snipe at up to $25.00 at the time I have specified? (And, assuming someone else has not bid up to my high on Myibidder of $25, will I therefore win the item if the snipe is placed at my specified time?)

You don't place a bid in Myibidder, you setup a snipe. The snipe is almost like a bid, but placed on last seconds.
So all eBay rules will apply.

If someone outbids your eBay bid $20, then someone else will be the highest bidder.
If the outbid was less than $25, you will win on last seconds.
If the outbid was higher than $25, you will loose.

Thank you, Sashka. However, I realize I misspoke. I do understand that an Ebay bid and the snipe are two different things. I also understood what you said.

However, my question (which I obviously didn't phrase very well) was: If I had placed a high bid on Ebay of $20, for instance, and then placed a snipe of $25 (just as a backup for myself in case someone came along at the very end of the auction and bid for the first time), assuming that I was the high bidder right before the end of the auction, no one else did, in fact, bid, and then my snipe went off as requested, would I wind up paying the higher price I had set for the snipe or does it recognize that I'm the same person? I hope this makes sense. IOW, if I had bid $20 and was the highest bidder and then my snipe came in at $25 at the very end of the auction, would I wind up paying the $25 I sniped at the end of the auction, or would it recognize it was the same account?

If your placed a manual bid $20, then you sniped at $25 -- your price will stay the same at $20 and will not increase if nobody else bid higher.
You can't outbid yourself on eBay. It will recognize this is the same account and will not increase your final price.
