I had placed a snipe bid on ebay item # 300741156791. My max bid was $21.99 .
Why did my snipe not get bid on this item? Item sold for $6.50.
Using Google chrome browser.

It seems like this item listed its end time incorrectly and that's why your snipe did not work.
There was an issue on eBay a few days ago. The issue was quickly resolved, but some snipes entered at that time did not work due to incorrect ending time information.
I'm sorry it affected your snipe. I hope you'll find a better or same deal for the same item.

Well, this is great application. It's free so we can't expect a lot of it. I just lost an auction on eBay and unfortunately I have to go back to auction snyper until all the bugs are fixed. I don't mind paying for the software, but it has to be reliable.

I think you should expect a lot even if it's free.
If you report any issues, that will help to make the service better.
If you just wait for the bug to disappear on its own, it won't happen unless you tell about it.
If eBay is having issues and can't respond properly due to overload or some other things, then it does not matter how much you pay for the service as it will fail due to those external reasons.
If your paid service will fail if eBay is not responding or network is having issues.
Free services are not free because their service could be lower or anything like that. Free services are free because they have a different business model, but their service could be even better than paid services.
For example, Google search engine. It's free, but it does not mean it's bad.
We have many users converted from paid snipers and they reported that Myibidder works better in all aspects.

well, the first thing I said in my post was "It's grate application" however it's not reliable. I use auction sniper for three years I never had a single snipe failed. This is the first time I am writing, even though I had 3 auctions lost in 4 months of using it. Still, I am not going to stop using it, I am just going to use auction sniper for high dollar value items. I will be more than happy to donate some money if this is going to help to make the app battere. Just let me know how to do it
Thank you
