I have not received a reply either to why it did not go through

You won dozens of snipes for the last couple months using this free service. If you feel this is not enough, you can try other sniping programs to compare.
I think Internet users should always have a choice on what service they want to use.

thank you for your reply I just checked my email and it went to junk mail, I hope the technical issue does not happen again as usually mibay is very good, perhaps a prearranging would be good on a email database.
