Hi, I have Myibidder on my computer - paid for it ,I saw the app for iPhone yay!!! so nice to have that and to use safari , but its for $5.99 - so, wondering - since I paid already for sniper do I have to purchase this app as well?

Yes, this is a different product.
It's like if you buy Windows from Microsoft, you still need to pay again if you want to buy Office or other product from Microsoft as well.

Please note that buying the app is not required, you can still use the free Web-based interface using your iPhone.

Not sure what exactly you want to do.
If you want to buy the iPhone app, you can do it the same way as you do with any other app purchase on your iPhone (using AppStore on your device or through iTunes).
