i set a bids, but when the auction ends i see a message
either
"Current bid is higher than your snipe" which i understand
or
"Refused login (password problem?)" which i don't.

There was a short period of time when eBay was slow to respond, so some snipes failed because of this.
Fortunately, this happens rare and I see eBay improves this constantly.
I'm sorry it affected your snipes, I hope you'll find the same deal again.

Now i get a status like:
"Confirmation prompt (invalid eBay login?)"

That happened to almost all Items since Monday.
I buy on Ebay.de and I come from Russia.

If it is caused due to law response speed could u increase that?

No. The response time is good.
That was just invalid message in the reason status.
Should be "Your bid was too low". I found a new pattern message on eBay so I added it.
Sorry for confusion and thanks for letting me know.

Also, you have too many ended items in your list. I would highly recommend deleting unneeded items to speed up website communication when you use your account.
The Web-based interface has "Tools" - "Delete Lost" and "Delete All Ended" if you want to delete in bulk.
