Your program does not recognize my password.

Please make sure you login using exactly the same eBay user id and password you use to login to eBay currently.
If not sure, login to eBay first, then login to the sniper using the same information.
Also, your password must be secure enough (meaning you don't get a warning screen when login to eBay).

If you use the correct user id and password, and don't get a warning screen but still can't login, please include your eBay user id so I can check.

Please do not guess, but enter your password correctly the same way as you enter it when login to eBay.
If you keep guessing, the system will block you.

I only tried other passwords in desperation, when my Ebay password didn't work. My password works for Ebay. I get the message "connecting... please wait..." And in the header (Offline)

I followed your instructions, and was able to log on with no problem. But I can't log on to the program I downloaded. I am getting a message: See the log file 'C:\Program Files(x86)\myibidder\myibay.exe.log' for details. I am still trying to find that file. I suspect that the ibidder program is corrupt. I went to Control Panel and tried to delete it, and start fresh with a new download, but it wouldn't allow me to do so. It told me that an error occurred during the effort, and that the program may already have been uninstalled.

Seems like there are some issues with your Windows.
Also, it's possible you blocked the software in the Firewall, so you should not do it. Please check:
