The bid finished at 28-Sep-13 16:34:52 BST, the winning bid went in at 28-Sep-13 16:34:35 BST, I had set a much higher amount than the winning bid for the recommended 6 secs before yet no bid was made for me.
It was item 221286629172 in my account, what happened have used your software before and it worked fine. What went wrong this time, should it be set to more seconds.

There is nothing wrong. As you saw in the listing, it was ended by seller earlier.
You can see the following on the page:
"This listing was ended by the seller because the item was sold".
Since it was ended earlier, you can't bid on ended listings.
