Hello. I have used Myibay for years and love it, but had major PC problems recently and now have a new profile. I use Firefox. Now when I go into an item on Ebay the Snipe icon doesn't show and I can't work out how to get it back. Can you help me please? Thanks.

You need to install Firefox add-on for the sniper the same way as you did it before:

Used it for years and loved it despite the occasional (Miss),but I am still having the same issue, even after re-installation of of the add on; the clickable icon works fine, the link has been included in the context menu, but the monetary value of my bid no longer shows up, so I'm never sure whether the bid has been places.
can anyone help?

The bid will be placed no matter if it shows up in your browser or not. Please note that your snipes are being placed even if you closed your Firefox browser and turned off your PC.

If eBay is making changes which are not available for everyone yet, then you'll have to wait until those changes are rolled out to the rest of us. This way I'll make an update for the add-on.
