hello there,

i'm getting this error message when trying to update to new version:

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied.

Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or Abort to cancel installation.

please help.

Hello Kevin,

This usually happens when you did not close existing software and it's still running.
You have to close myibay software before updating (minimizing is not enough).
Please let me know if you have more questions.
