Hey im having problems using the program, myibidder is showing offline but im definitely connected to the internet. My ebay id and password is also not working, when i do a test it says login.. FAILED.. but i know that my id and password are correct, any suggestions?

Myibidder shows offline because you did not login.
Please make sure you use the correct eBay user id (not email) and password to login.
Also, your password must be secure enough, meaning you don't get a warning screen when login to eBay.
