I am using the apps and I like it a lot. but when I first bought it, I pay like about $5 and now almost run out of snipes. How can I upgrade to $15 full unlimited snipe version without loosing the $5 that I previously paid? I am using iphone version. thanks.

Unfortunately, Apple does not allow to do such upgrades.
I can give you additional snipes if you stay with the original version. That's the only thing I can do on my side. Please contact support directly with your eBay user id if that's acceptable.
