This is a sniper, it places your bid on last seconds, not on last hours.
I think the highest supported value is 60 seconds or something like that.

The idea of placing bids hours in advance is to test whether sniper is working or not.

The sniper works fine. There are thousands of snipes are winning every day, no need to test it.
For example, you can check the Statistics page with some numbers: https://www.myibidder.com/login/statistics

If you just want to verify if your eBay login is in sync with the sniper, the simplest way to do is to try to access your Watch List. If the sniper reported some items in your list, that means your login is good.

Of course, you can also schedule a real snipe as another test.
