I've used product for some time with very limited issues, but now twice in the last week on big ticket items, the sniper has not bid on my behalf. Are you able to look at my recent attempts and diagnose? Items 171608953685 (my bid was over $300) and 171594633934 (my bid was over $600). even if i wasn't the high bidder it should have resulted in a higher end price.

The sniper placed your bids. You can see it in the bid history.
You did not win because you did not meet the reserve price, but your bid is there anyway.
Why do you think it did not work?
