I have been using myibidder for couple years now but it just didnt work for me for in last couple auctions.
Could you check why ?

where status says:
My Status: Your PayPal account is not linked to your eBay account
Is this required to have both accounts linked ?

That's correct, this requirement was set by the seller.
You need to link your PayPal account to proceed.
