Trying to log into app, keeps having wrong eBay user id or password message, and logged into Ebay several times with password/username.

i've tried several times and it still won't let me in, i used my free trial and then went dormant due to illness, decided to purchase the app and now i can't sign in.. please help..

Don't forget to provide your eBay user id (no password) so I could look it up.

Cannot log in to Myibidder since I changed my eBay password. I double checked and I am entering it correctly. Can support please help.

Sorry but it is frustrating. I am entering everything exactly the way it is in eBay and it still says "Incorrect User ID or Password". Myibidder is the best app like it out there, but now it's useless to me.

In this case it's possible you have a temporary lock on eBay's side.
They usually remove it after 24 hours. Please wait and try again.

Same story here - can't log in. Changed my ebay password to see if it would help, it did not. No problems with my second account though.

Please try the suggestion mentioned above. Meanwhile, you can use your other account.

I'll try to wait it out first - I really don't want to buy using the other account.
