If you can't login to the sniper, please reset your password here:

Once reset, don't forget to login to the sniper and link your eBay account, otherwise your snipes may fail:
https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay

After linked, you can use the sniper as you usually used it, but you need to login using your username and the new password you set.

Please note that now your sniper's password is different from your eBay's password.

After all, it still would not accept my email and password ( reset) I finally typed in my user name instead, and it went though okay.

I guess it was assigned a different email. If you are not sure about your email, you should use your username.
