Hi I had this problem since a week, no bids were sent despite my snipes being higher than the winning bid. An example is the latest ebay article 263224861301, my snipe was EUR 12 and the winning bid was 9.50. My account is linked, so I do not know what is the problem

I see you set a time "0 seconds", which is very close to the end.
You should assume a very high risk for your snipe to miss due to even slight network delay, this is what happened.
Unless you are willing to take the extra risk, you should leave the default 5-6 seconds for your snipes.
After all, the highest bidder wins, not the latest.
