Hi,

I'm running Myibidder app under IOS 11 and I cannot import my item tracking list from eBay. It doesn't respond any error message the result is just blank.

The rest of the app seems to work. For example I can items using the eBay item number, but I don't know if my snipes would work or not, which is something that worries me.

Is any other user experimenting such problems? Is it due to IOS 11 (with IOS 10 it worked)?

This is not related to iOS version.
It's not clear from your message if you linked your eBay account or did not try it yet.
If you did not even try it, please do that first before reporting any issues:

The problem is that I upgraded long ago myibidder version so I did not have to buy for snipes.

Now with this version I don't have the option to link my eBay account. I only see this option if I download the PPS version from the Apple Store.

Does it means that I cannot use the upgraded version any longer?

PS. Before this week I had no problems with my eBay account either with my tracking list or snipes. No I cannot see my tracking list nor place snipes.

The link I provided is general for any app you use because it's a Web-based access to your account.
Regarding the iOS app update, please contact support directly from within the app.
