Hi Shaska- after changing my ebay password mybidder still can't login in. Ive closed my security software and when I run mybidder diagnostics everything passes, but the login attempt. what I do notice is that sometimes I see a longer password being used in my profile/settings with mybidder. It will change back to a 10 character password from my 8 character password. thanks for any advice. ojait

I don't think your security software has something to do with it.
It's not clear if you tried to reset your sniper's password:

Please clarify.

Also, the sniper does not show your password anywhere. It does not even store your password so it can't show it.
You are probably confused with something else.
