It is not clear from your message if this happened after you tried to reset your sniper's password or you did not reset it.
The password reset form is located at https://www.myibidder.com/login/reset.

If you don't want to reset it, please let me know the reason.

The sniper connects to the sniper, not to eBay.
I assume you mean you could not login to your sniper's account. In this case please reset your sniper's password as mentioned above.
