Refund my account. I complained to Google. Email and phone. This is a scam.

Please clarify.
You don't need to buy credits if you don't want to. Just stick to the free service without paying a penny.
The free service is good for most users and it has all features including those which were part of the Pro version.

They have taken away the stand alone iOS app that was purchased and are lying to us saying we only paid for windows app. what I paid for worked with multiple formats, I rarely used it on a computer, the software was working fine on my iPhone and iPad, which is how I used it for over a decade. Tech support is either dumb or just paying dumb, I’m not sure which. They want me to forget it was purchased and worked just fine as a standalone iOS app, no credits needed, to now having to watch content to gather credits, that’s not going to happen.

The App Store still has the app for iOS available. It's still there and nobody is lying otherwise.
If you paid for the Windows app, it's available at the Download page. You can still use it, it's not removed or anything.
Please do check.
You can't install the Windows app on your iOS device if that's what you meant and it was never compatible.
You have to install iOS app from the App Store, and download Windows app from the website. These are separate apps.
