Thanks for reporting.
This is an issue on the server's side and not on your side.
I see there are some unprocessable characters which caused it. I just pushed an update to reflect that.
Please try again and let me know.

Hi, the same Error "503 Bad Gateway - nginx" appears now again if I try to "snipe These" this list: https://www.ebay.de/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2334524.m570.l1313&_nkw=1070+&_sacat=27386&LH_TitleDesc=0&_fsrp=1&LH_Auction=1&rt=nc&_odkw=1070+-ti&_osacat=27386&_dcat=27386&_sop=1&LH_PrefLoc=1&LH_ItemCondition=3000%7C1500&_udhi=100
Maybe it's again due to some unprocessable characters?

Seems like eBay is being inconsistent on the data provided. This usually happens when they pushing some new changes and you happen to hit new and old servers randomly.
Anyway, I made a change to reflect that. It looks good now.
Please check and let me know. Thank you for reporting it.
