Quick question as we navigate the Helene aftermath. While I was away, something seems to have happened with both the Chrome/Edge myibidder extensions. The myibidder icon has disappeared from the ebay item webpage. I've cleared chrome's cookies but did not work. Has anything changed with eBay regarding this extension? Thx John

It works in Firefox. The place where the Myibidder icon shows up is next to the Add to Watchlist button. In chrome, at least my Chrome or Edge, neither show up now. Firefox is not an issue.

It's possible eBay is trying to roll out a new change, but it's not available to everyone yet.
This usually indicates they run a limited test with some users only. They may roll out to everyone (this is when the extension can be updated) or even roll back.

Passing along some more info. Initially, Firefox had the Myibidder icon located next to the "Share" link as well as the Add to watchlist link that Chrome had done away with. Today, Firefox is the same as Chrome. Open an iten in eBay and Share remains where it was. It once had a faint vertical line to the right followed by the Myibidder button and add to watchlist link. At least on my browsers, everything to the right of "Share" is now missing.

Good. Sounds like eBay is started to roll it out to all users. Hopefully, I will get it as well soon.

Hope so :) I never liked being an early adopter so wish eBay had waited for me on this chnage! For anyone reading this thread I did want to add MyIbidder still works fine. It just requires on to manually enter the ebay item number into myibidder. I am spoiled to the convenience provided by pressing the button!

Just confirming that I also no longer have the myibay button on ebay listings. I started noticing this about 2 weeks ago. Have updated to latest Firefox release 131.02 and reinstalled the addon but still no joy. Thank you to eBay for ever more misery.

@zoneout,
As mentioned above, I need wait for it to roll out to everyone so I could see it on my side as well.
At least, it does not look like it will be rolled back.

I see the changes on my side. I just made an update and pushed version 2.2.0 to both Chrome and Firefox sites.
Firefox is approved already, Chrome approval is pending but it normally does not take long too.
