I have been using mybidder for a long time and am very satisfied with it.
But already several times faced a problem: on some lots mybidder does not "shoot" my bid on ebay.de, even though it was the maximum, and gives the following:
“My Status: 'You cannot purchase this item because you have received 3 warnings for unpaid items in the last 12 months'”.

I contacted ebay.de support. They said that there are no restrictions and warnings on my account for the last 12 months.
Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

The restriction is set by your seller, not by eBay.
eBay just enforces this and blocks your bid.

Please reach out to your seller and ask to remove the restriction or put you in the exception list of allowed bidders even though you have unpaid item strikes.

Next time, when not sure, you can try to place a minimum bid directly on eBay. If your manual bid gets rejected, your snipe will not work too.
This is not an indication it's a problem with the sniper, that's how eBay works as any seller can put a restriction on their listings.
