Are you sure you clicked "Add" button when confirming the snipe?
I see you have many others items pending and won on your account, but not 360357231430.

It was there when I posted but showed the shorter number 57231430 but was listed as didn't win with a $65 max bid.

I see what happened now.
There was a change on eBay's layout recently and a couple listings did not get processed from eBay properly.
Seems like one of your listings got affected by that. I'm very sorry for that. Fortunately, this type of changes happens rare and we always do our best to minimize the impact.
You don't see the listing in your list because it was cleaned up due to bogus item number.
