I'm having issues with the tools. I can't get them to work with Firefox 8. If I click remove all ended it give me a blank dialog button with okay and cancel but clicking the buttons does nothing and the button is stuck overlying my broswer's window with no way to close it without closing the tab.
I also noticed that certain windows don't work like I tried to send this to support but my Name and email window didn't have a dialog to enter them and clicking the send button gave me the same issue that I have with tools.

I tried it with Firefox 8, Firefox 9, Firefox 10 and Firefox 11. It works as expected in all those Firefox versions.
Please include a screenshot of some kind so I can see it too.

That's a very standard box every browser has it.
Do you have maybe some kind of add-on or other thing which disables or someway mess up the JavaScript in your Firefox?
Try to disable all add-ons and see if that works.
