My last issue was the "no results in browser window" issue which went away on its own apparently. Today there was no bid placed for me even though The snipe icon and bid amount appeared on the auction listing. I did make a change to place the bid at 3 seconds rather than 6. Is this an issue with the program, that 6 seconds is the closest amount of time in which you can place a bid?

3 seconds snipe has no advantage over 6 seconds snipe.
Even worse, 3 seconds snipe has disadvantage of being late when eBay is overloaded and it takes more time to process your bid.
I would not use 3 seconds for important snipes.
