Yes, I've always been using 1.1.3. The installer visibly installs the myibay2.pyd into the dll directory. Maybe you need to review the software ;) BTW it seems myibay1.pyd needs to be patched too for it to work with EMET enabled.
Have you been testing on the same system the software was developed on or something? It's strange that you can't reproduce the issue many others are experiencing.

I'm having some trouble with these new installed versions now actually. I've installed both of them, but when I run the myibay.exe, it processes for a little bit, then just exits on its own without ever displaying a screen or adding anything to the system tray. My old patched version still works though.
