I am a long time and devoted user. Awesome program and service. I can win any auction if I want it bad enough.

Is it possible to get my license resent? I had a bad virus and was forced to format my hard drive. Chinese hackers in my network. Don't know what they wanted. Didn't steal anything just messed up my PC's. Was persistent and I had to nuke my drives. Affected 4 computers and 2 Androids (Tablet and phone)

You just need to download and install the latest version from the following link:
http://www.myibidder.com/download/

Then login using the same eBay user id you specified when made the purchase (you did not specify it here so I don't know which one is it), so the software will recognize you automatically.
No need to enter the key anymore.

You can check if the software recognized you by clicking Help - About menu. You will see something like "Registered to <your eBay user id>".
