I've logged into myibidder successfully but it can't seem to find any of the items I'm watching. Running the Android app on HTC. Any help much appreciated.

You did not include any relevant information for me to check. Please include your eBay user id.
If you don't want to share it, I could only guess that this is because you recently changed your eBay password but never logged in with your current password to the sniper.
The sniper can't bid on your behalf and access your Watch List without having your password.
You should always login with your current password especially after you changed it.

ipad app. ios version 6.01
App logs into ebay fine. But does not retrieve any items from ebay watch list. Experiencing this problem since last three days. Was working fine before.

As I mentioned above, you have to include some relevant information.
If you don't want to include it, you have to check that you use exactly the same eBay user id and password to login to the sniper as you use to login to eBay.
If you changed your eBay password, but keep loging in using your old password, it will not work.
The sniper can't access your Watch List without having your current eBay password.

I did mention ios version 6.0.1 running on ipad 2. Same problem with iphone 3gs running ios 5.1 and my ipod touch 4th gen running ios 6.0.1
myibidder Version: 0.15.4
Also, I did mention that I am able to log on to ebay in myibidder fine. No problem with the uid or ebay pw.
What more info have I not included other than my ebay uid and pw.
App stopped retrieving watch list since two days.

This has no relation to the version of iOS. As I mentioned before, this has something to do with your eBay user id and password.
I still need your eBay user id to check (I never asked for password, do not provide it). I have no way to check what's wrong.
If you don't want to provide it, please make sure you login with exactly the same eBay user id and password as you use to login to eBay. Your old password is not good enough, it must be current.
