Myibidder Support for stand-alone client applications

I am running Windows 7 and Firefox. I downloaded and successfully installed. Everything was fine. I downloaded the update and installed, but when trying to start, I got the an error message with the instruction to see C:\Program Files (x86)\Myibidder\myibay.log. There was no such file.
So I uninstalled, downloaded again and now it did not auto-start after the install. I clicked on the desktop icon and nothing happens.
So what next? I have used this program in the past on my other computer and never had any troubles.

Nevermind... I just did what I always tell my employees... reboot, reboot, reboot. That solved whatever the problems was.
