Message opens as this is incompatible with my version of windows. Windows 7 home ver. Still can not get the program to operate

Myibidder is compatible with Windows 7 and 8. Users are running it for several years on Windows 7 with no problems.
It supports all editions of Windows 7. I could only guess that this message comes from another application. If you could provide a screenshot, I could check.
