recently i formatted computer.re downloaded bid sniper now i get a 30 days free trial.last time when i formatted computer i only had to put in my ebay user name ect.and it was registered.this time around i only have a trial period.and i dont have a key ect..how do i fix this?

That's because you have to login using the same eBay user id you specified when you purchased the software.
Your key must match it.

What do you see in the Help - About menu after you login as kristen09_2009?
