Hello, I use your program for years, lately randomly do not start 5 of 10 times, with no logical reason, and I have to restart my computer. I want to know what happen. thanks

There is no need to send your question multiple times, it will not speed up the response.
I followed up with your question in the support ticket you opened by asking to check your PC to make sure there are no issues with it.
The snipe software you are using was not changed for a long time, so the issue is probably related on your local PC only.
Please check.
